You notice your pets are also seeing the same things & are scared or behaving strangely & avoiding certain areas of your house all of a sudden.

Do me a favor. Argue with “your own thoughts” and see what happens. Debate your own thought on a point and then be absolutely still and quiet and observe what “your own thoughts” come up with as though you are both the therapist & the one on the couch simultaneously. Listen to how “your thoughts” respond to you. Then write that down and analyze it. Then ask yourself do you yourself truly believe what was said and whether it even sounds like something you would say.
Intrusive Thoughts
For the lucky people who are just experiencing minor symptoms, you simply need to learn how to silence your mind and ignore the thoughts that do not belong to you.

If you do the math on every single person experiencing these things, the sum of them are a hell of a lot larger than what statistics are showing. That is just the peope who are actually reporting this to an authority who keeps track.
